Erasmus+ Internship Opportunity at Bartın University

The Work Placement Program is a great way to impress employers and provides you excellent working experience in an office environment. Besides professional skills you will gain through this experience. ECTS credits, which can be transferred to your home university. Please find below the description of duties and responsibilities of your future internship.

Job description | * Helping with the application and admission procedures of international and BU students. * Preparing and updating excel tables. * Taking photos of the events, news, interviews, etc. * Maintaining office environment through inventory and other administrative tasks. * Assisting the operation of events of international programs and exchange program works. * Maintaining data and organizing student files and information. |
* R&D on EU grants universities can use. * Work on developing EU project ideas. * Work on the English content of the web page of the Office. * Assisting with office work. |
* 2 students can be recruited for assisting with office work. * Preferrably student studying information and documentation management. |
* Designing web sites. * Assisting with Microsoft operating systems and office applications |
* The interns should be studying at the department of Computer engineering or related departments. * Maintenance of the equipments and devices in the laboratories * Assisting the lecturers of the department |
