Esra EROĞUZ, an academic from our university’s Erasmus Office, participated in the Project Management training course on "Cooperation and Small-Scale Partnerships," held in Ioannina, Greece, from September 23-28, 2024, and funded by the Erasmus+/Youth program. The training provided comprehensive information on K210 and K220 projects, with a detailed focus on the project cycle.

Digital platforms useful for project writing were demonstrated with examples, offering participants guidance on managing their projects more effectively. Risks and crises encountered in project management, along with the solutions developed to address these challenges, were illustrated through shared experiences and practical case studies.

On the final day of the event, participants developed a proposal for the project they had worked on, which was highlighted as a valuable model for future projects. This process was regarded as a productive step that opened the door to new partnerships and collaborations.

Our university continues to strengthen international collaborations through Erasmus+ projects, providing new opportunities for our students
